Service Description

Lifestyle Wellness Coaching Follow-Up Sessions (Virtual through Zoom): If you want to feel better and need support to make changes to your lifestyle, I would love to help you. A few of the areas that can be addressed through coaching include: Mood, Sleep, Energy, and Digestion. By learning to eat, sleep, and move according to your particular constitution and by following the rhythms of nature, you can bring your body, mind, and spirit into balance. This is a Follow-Up Session (Virtual through Zoom). Schedule follow-ups after you have seen me for the Initial Consultation (virtual through Zoom) as part of your wellness plan. Depending on your needs, we will meet anywhere from each week to once a month for 3-6 months, or longer if you wish, for your support and to monitor what is working or what can be changed to help you reach optimal wellness. All follow-up visits will be 20-30 minutes in length. Recommendations I make may include adjustments to sleep/wake times, yoga, exercise, meditation, food/recipes/cooking, herbs, books, reading, videos, etc., based on what you need and are realistically able to incorporate your life. These are only recommendations and you are always completely free to choose what you want to do or don't want to do. Coaching and all recommendations are for educational purposes only.
